With rapid business growth and a stellar reputation, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly capable Operations Support Executive to join our team and ensure our operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Operations and Account Managers
- Managing overflow work and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Provide administrative and operational support for high-priority projects.
- Product Ordering Oversee the ordering of products for a diverse portfolio of high-level accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to meet client needs.
- Organizing Supervisor Visits: Plan and coordinate supervisor site visits each night to maintain operational continuity. Manage scheduling to ensure thorough coverage and support across accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations teams to identify issues across accounts. Partner with relevant teams to implement solutions, ensuring seamless operations.
- Team Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for Operations teams, providing assistance and resources as needed. Handle ad hoc tasks and queries to maintain efficient workflows.
- Project Support: Participate in or lead business-related projects to enhance organizational efficiency and service delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and milestones.
- Reporting and Administrative Tasks: Assist the Head of Operations with daily tasks, reporting, and strategic initiatives. Provide insights and updates to aid decision-making and improve operational outcomes.
- Onboarding New clients: Ordering products and co-ordinating a smooth delivery of products and service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Proficiency in tools and software for remote work, including project management and communication platforms.
- Problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Experience in operations or administrative support roles is preferred.
